Welcome to the World Giraffe Alliance (“TWGA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, content, programs, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our website.
1. Use of Services
TWGA grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without explicit permission.
TWGA may modify or discontinue Services at any time without notice.
2. Donations & Membership
Donations are voluntary contributions to support giraffe conservation (“Donations”).
All funds are used to advance TWGA’s mission, including donations, grants, and auctions in support of giraffe protection.
You may receive acknowledgment or symbolic gifts (e.g., plush giraffes, certificates), but these do not affect tax deductibility.
Since TWGA is a nonprofit (EIN # 00‑0000000), donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax adviser.
Shipment of tokens of appreciation follows current guidelines (e.g., U.S. orders shipped via USPS, international shipping restrictions may apply).
3. Privacy
By using our Services, you consent to TWGA’s collection and use of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Services for illegal or harmful activities;

“World Giraffe Alliance” names and logos are TWGA trademarks.

TWGA disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a purpose.
